Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), logging in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

The venue is divided into Zone A (VIP Leather Seating), Zone B (Mezzanine Table Top Seating), Zone C (Table Top Seating) and Zone D (Theatre Style Seating). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket, please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Is there food served?

A selection of wine, beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for separate purchase at the venue.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
