- Bread with tomato and our “delicious” ham
- Confit artichoke flower
- Scallops toasted with Verdejo reduction
- Seabass stuffed with shrimp in a shellfish sauce
- Iberian tenderloin with boletus, mushrooms, and truffle sauce
- Strawberries with Belgian chocolate couverture to share in the center
