Aperitif:

• Bread with tomato and our “delicious” ham

Starters:

• Confit artichoke flower
• Scallops toasted with Verdejo reduction

Two mains:

• Seabass stuffed with shrimp in a shellfish sauce
• Iberian tenderloin with boletus, mushrooms, and truffle sauce

Dessert:

• Strawberries with Belgian chocolate couverture to share in the center

And all of this, with the option to add a bottle of cava for just €10 extra.
