Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert. No refunds will be granted. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start, and latecomers will not be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

What are the different ticket types?

There are 4 categories: Category A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased on the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you require assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling in a form and providing the necessary supporting documents.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is reserved for people aged 8 or older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where exactly does the concert take place?

The concert takes place at the Abbaye du Val Saint Lambert, Esplanade du Val, 4100 Seraing.

How do I get there?

By bus: lines 9, 46, 47, 49 and 91, Seraing Cristalleries stop. By car: Château du Val car park (P1 and P2), about a 5-minute walk from the Abbey entrance. Public transport or sustainable alternatives are recommended.

Will drinks be available?

No, no drinks are included as part of the standard ticket.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, all categories are wheelchair accessible. Important to note: there are, however, no accessible restrooms on site.
