Description
Ziggy Alberts has established himself as one of Australia's leading independent artists in recent years. His genuine grassroots story has captivated audiences around the world, amassing over 1.6 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone and being recognized by outlets such as Billboard Magazine and Clash. With his folk music he has achieved six gold singles, a gold album, seven platinum singles, a double platinum single and a platinum EP. "Dancing in the dark," his sixth album, explores what he calls "folk of the future." This work is a chapter in Alberts' growth as an artist, his music and his personal discoveries, both introspective and in the natural world. The album is honest, genuine and emotionally vulnerable, but with creative melodies, humility and lyrical solace. Would you like to hear it live?
