ABOUT
A Night at the Opera has been completely refreshed and expanded for 2026, building on the success of previous years with an even richer and varied musical journey.

This newly enhanced edition now features four soloists, with the addition of a baritone alongside soprano, mezzo-soprano and tenor. This expanded line-up brings some of opera’s greatest showstoppers, including the irresistible ā€˜Largo al factotum’ from The Barber of Seville, the triumphant ā€˜Toreador Song’ fromĀ Carmen, as well as celebrated ensemble highlights – from Mozart’s serene trio ā€˜Soave sia il vento’ fromĀ CosƬ fan tutteĀ to Verdi’s dramatic quartet ā€˜Bella figlia dell’amore’ fromĀ Rigoletto.

At the heart of the concert, audiences will still find the favourite moments they know and love, with a sparkling mix of duets and trios from operatic classics includingĀ The Magic Flute, La traviata, Madama Butterfly, ToscaĀ andĀ Turandot.Ā

The programme features some of opera’s most treasured solo arias – from the infectious brilliance of Verdi’s ā€˜La donna ĆØ mobile’, to the tender beauty of ā€˜O mio babbino caro’ and the soaring, triumphant finale ā€˜Nessun dorma’. Whether you are discovering opera for the first time or returning for another unforgettable evening, this newly reimagined 2026 programme promises passion, drama, laughter, and music that lingers long after the final note.
