First Seating: Check in 5:30pm. Show time 6 - 7pm. Dinner guests will have tables until 7:15pm.
Second Seating Check in 7:30pm. Show time is 8 to 9pm. Dinner guests will have tables until 9:15pm.

(Brisket with dry spice rubbed and smoked for 12 hours. Baby Back Ribs brushed with BBQ sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and Mexican Style Street corn.)
