Description
The mayor of a small town hall is warned about a terrifying news: an inspector is about to arrive to investigate corruption cases in the town hall. To carry out his task, the inspector will pose as a simple traveler, no one knows his identity or when he will arrive. Panic-stricken, the municipal officials rush to camouflage the evidence of their crimes, in case the inspector is already among them. To make matters worse, the mayor makes an unforgivable mistake: he takes for the real inspector a stranger who has just arrived in town. The young man, a lazy bum who has squandered his fortune, finds himself with an unbeatable opportunity to take advantage of the situation and commit all kinds of misdeeds without anyone daring to put the slightest inconvenience.
