St. Martha 1

The Gothic St. Martha Church is a medieval gem, hidden amidst a block of houses on Nuremberg's Königstraße. Due to its masterfully crafted stained glass windows, created around 1390 and 1410, it is one of the oldest churches in Nuremberg. The church holds the highest art historical value.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require support throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents via the Fever contact form.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this is the case, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This policy only applies to selected events and only if you've purchased a Flexible Refund ticket.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us via the Fever contact form to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in St. Martha's Church (Königstraße 79, 90402 Nuremberg).
How do I get to the venue?
The church is a five-minute walk from Nuremberg Central Station. Please note that the church is set back in a gap between two buildings on Königstraße.
Are food and drink available?
No, no food or drink is available for sale. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.
Is the church heated?
The church is heated to around 15 degrees. We therefore recommend wearing warm clothing and bringing blankets.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in Fever's contact form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, disabled access is available. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.
Is there a car park?
No parking is available.
What is “Candlelight Foto”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the chance to have your photo taken in an area we've specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Foto” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept credit card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo session will take place before or after the concert. However, to have enough time for your photos, we prefer to hold the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print the photos you've chosen and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep hold of them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we cannot offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it and start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for “Candlelight Foto”?
Refunds for the photo experience are only available if it has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
When do doors open?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. No entry will be possible after the concert has started.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
