Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

About the venueHallé St Peter's
Hallé St Peter’s is a Grade II listed former church located in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester. Originally built in the mid-19th century, it is admired for its beautiful Gothic Revival architecture and atmospheric interior. Carefully restored, the building now serves as the rehearsal home of the Hallé Orchestra and a distinctive cultural venue, blending historic character with a vibrant contemporary arts presence.

What are the different ticket types?
Each zone offers a different proximity to the stage: Premium is the first row and Zone D is at the back of the room.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer ticket and we will send you a voucher code to buy your free carer ticket. You will need to show it, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each carer ticket must be purchased with at least one other full-price ticket. Accepted documents include: middle or higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You will receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to book a new date and/or time for the same experience.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, available only to guests who purchase it. Your photo is taken in a specially designated area, and you receive one instant printed picture, polaroid style, as a souvenir.
Can I buy "Snapshot by Candlelight" photos at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert so there is time to take your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert and you collect them at the exit afterwards. Make sure you have your printed pictures before leaving, as we cannot keep them for you. If you leave without them, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo experience.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside, and announcements will be made so you don't miss it. Feel free to ask any member of staff if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue before your picture is taken.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons, in which case you will be refunded for it.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
