Description
There's nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself! Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough, and then use a pasta machine or rolling pin to roll out your dough until it's the right thickness to cut into ribbons of fresh Fettuccine. You will learn to make a smoky and spicy Alfredo sauce with Gochujang and dried Mexican Peppers. Everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta dish at the end of class!
