Do you know what a "lightning bolt" is? This is a large-capacity wooden barrel, well known to winemakers for its less woody, more contemporary vinification. Now it's also a new Parisian space dedicated to wines of gastronomy and emotion. Foudre is a wine and food cellar that welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, with themed jazz playlists every evening! This project was born from the reflections of an enthusiast, Johan Equer. After a first life as a professional musician, where he was a jazz drummer, he decided to make wine his profession. A qualified caviste and former sommelier at the Tour d'Argent in Paris, Johan Equer believes that sharing and exchange are the key words in his approach to celebrating the passion for wine and those who make it.
