Puppy yoga classes involve having puppies roaming from one mat to the next, leaping on participants, and tussling with other puppies as you try out different yoga poses. Often pups are incorporated into some of the poses or they happily roam free throughout class. Interaction with animals has been proven to be extremely beneficial to our mental well-being.
