Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in case of emergency.

No, tickets cannot be bought on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play and App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just send the person who'll use the ticket the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. If so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person who assists me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion.
