Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help, including your ticket order number.

This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make a change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. If you selected the Flexible cancellation add-on, please refer to the FAQs for that option.

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before it starts.

For the safety of attendees, all candles used will be flameless.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and once received we will provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you will need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.

The event will be held at The Corn Exchange, Northgate, The Precinct, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1LS.

From Rochester station, walk 8 to 10 minutes southeast via Corporation Street and High Street to reach The Precinct, near Rochester Cathedral. By car, use Blue Boar Lane Car Park (ME1 1PD) or Rochester Railway Station Car Park (ME1 1EW); The Precinct is a short walk from both. The venue is also easily accessible on foot from Rochester's pedestrianised shopping area, near the cathedral and castle.

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though service animals are welcome.
