Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What different ticket types are available?
Premium (Best Visibility), Zone A (Excellent Visibility), Zone B (Good Visibility) and Zone C (Fair Visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, DLA at the middle or higher rate for care/mobility, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card). We'll then send you a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket, which must be shown together with your tickets on entry. Each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Verdant Works, West Henderson's Wynd, Dundee DD1 5BT, United Kingdom.
How do I get to the venue?
Verdant Works is a 10-minute walk from the city's train station, which many buses into Dundee also stop at. If driving, follow the signs for "city centre" and "Verdant Works", or enter the postcode DD1 5BT into your satnav.
Is there food served?
Food is not served, but drinks will be available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Verdant Works has a car park behind the building. Register your vehicle with front-of-house or using the QR codes provided on arrival; the venue's operations manager will be on hand to help.
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue is accessible, however the courtyard is cobblestone, which can be slightly uneven for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility. Please reach out to hello@feverup.com or directly to the venue in advance if you need special assistance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone or leave my seat during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and latecomers won't be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
How long does the experience last?
Around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes before it begins.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
Indoors, with assigned seating.
