Absolutely! You can sit together without any problem. To ensure contiguous seats, all you need is for the group to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same zone. We advise coming at least 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together.

No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Global Omnium Auditorio. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.

We recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can settle in comfortably. The doors will close 5 minutes before the start, and once the show begins, late entry will not be allowed to avoid interrupting the musicians and other attendees.

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.

You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.

Remember to pick up your online purchase at the venue during the event. Since your "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to a specific date and location, it cannot be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final.

We're sorry, but pets are not allowed in the venue. Of course, assistance dogs are exempt from this rule and can accompany you.
