Would you like to taste wines chosen by Italy's best sommeliers? A grand tasting among many tasting stations will allow you to taste wines chosen by more than 50 of Italy's best sommeliers, each invited to suggest 10 wines from their cards: from the "sommelier's gem" - a pleasant discovery - to wines with the best value for money; from sustainable labels to the "sweet sip" with which to end the meal in beauty. An unprecedented project - curated by Paolo Porfidio, Sommelier of Terrazza Gallia in Milan and Best Sommelier 2023 of Identità Golose's Guide to the Restaurants of Italy, Europe and the World - that will also give birth to a valuable volume, the first guide that tells the protagonists of the world of Italian professional sommellerie, who will be gathered in Milan for this unmissable event.
