It took nearly six centuries to complete this wonderful cathedral, but fortunately it only takes an hour to explore it. Visit Milan Cathedral, museum and baptistery. The terraces, in particular, deserve a visit: climbing up to and admiring Milan from the top of the cathedral is a really special experience, and on clear days you can even see the Alps on the horizon.
