What ticket types are available?
Front Row, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D tickets are available.
When should I arrive?
We ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the concert.
Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought through the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with the ticket ID. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer?
No: anyone who needs assistance during the event is entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance, and we'll provide you with a code to get the free ticket for your carer. You'll need to show the documents along with the tickets at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same Fever profile used for the purchase. The confirmation email also contains a PDF with the barcode to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If the weather affects your experience (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
Where does the concert take place?
In the Salone Bonifacio, inside the Chiostro dei Domenicani, at Via San Pietro in Lama, 23, 73100 Lecce.
Can I buy food?
The venue has a gourmet restaurant open to hotel guests and the public. For the restaurant, contact the venue directly.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
