Do I need to print out my ticket?
There is no need to print it.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
The date can be changed up to 24 hours beforehand by contacting support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, free of charge, using "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, or in the QR code in the confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
At least 30 minutes early, to get settled in your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the start; late entry is not permitted.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in a wheelchair-accessible venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, 12 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos only during the final bows, without flash.
What are the different seating areas?
The theatre is divided into sections based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the section selected.
How does voting work?
Use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue, which will take you directly to the voting page. If your camera doesn't scan it automatically, we recommend Google Lens or a third-party QR reader.
Will strobe lights be used?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are food and drinks available on site?
Yes, on site you will find a bar where you can buy food and drinks.
Can I use my phone or leave the room during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent for the whole performance, and you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
No, tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance can request a free pass by contacting support; once the request is received, a voucher will be provided to purchase the free ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at the entrance.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are welcome.
