Sono un vs affezionato cliente ...sono già 3 i concerti a cui ho partecipato con entusiasmo. Devo però segnalare un inconveniente a cui sicuramente potrete trovare una giusta soluzione. Per il concerto del 27/9 avevo acquistato 4 biglietti di classe A e purtroppo il ritardo dell'aereo da Torino non ha consentito la partecipazione di mia figlia e fidanzato. Ho chiesto ieri sera come poter sostituire i biglietti intonsi con altri 2 biglietti per un prossimo spettacolo. Confido che il vs servizio clienti possa accettare tale sostituzione. Il CONCERTO é sempre da me consigliato vivamente ad amici e conoscenti. Grazie

Ragazzi molto bravi...nel complesso 5 stelle ma la location non rendeva la bellezza che si vede nelle foto con cui pubblicizzano l'evento. Altezza del palco non adeguata in quanto solo chi siede in prima fila riesce a seguire ...e audio estremamente basso già dalla terza fila non si sentiva nulla quando uno dei musicisti spiegava 😏. Inoltre una struttura che non dispone di parcheggio adeguato ad ospitare le auto partecipanti all'evento... costretti a lasciarle per strada .
