Tickets cannot be purchased on-site. They must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the PDF with the barcode received by email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. No refunds will be given.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Companions of guests who require assistance receive a free ticket, after providing the necessary documentation and receiving a code.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the «Tickets» section of the Fever app, or in the PDF with barcode attached to your confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions were to affect the experience in any way, we'll let you know in advance by email.
Where does the experience take place?
In the Salone Bonifacio, inside the Chiostro dei Domenicani, at Via San Pietro in Lama 23, 73100 Lecce.
