As summer begins to soften, join us for a deeply nourishing evening inspired by the energy of the New Moonâa time of renewal, possibility and quiet transformation.
We'll begin by sharing ceremonial cacao to gently open the heart, before melting into a calming Yin Yoga practice designed to release tension held within the body. You'll then be guided through a Reiki-infused meditation before settling into an immersive crystal bowl sound bath, allowing the vibrations to calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
