FAQs Frequently asked questions
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Coldplay in Malaga lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Will there be food and drink service at Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Can tickets be bought at the Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón box office?
There are no ticket sales at the Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón box office on the day of the event. We advise securing your spots in advance, managing everything comfortably through the Fever app or official website.
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Coldplay be gifted?
Sure! You can buy a Candlelight Gift Card and let them choose their favorite concert on the day that suits them best. Already have a ticket for a specific day? No problem, use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app and send it as a gift.

Decide which photo you like best before it goes to paper. It will be all ready for you at the end of the concert. Make sure to pick it up before you leave, as it won't be possible to keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This pack contains 3 LED candles that imitate the warm glow characteristic of a real candle. Since they have no fire, they are safe and perfect for adding a cozy touch to your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
