What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets can't be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents; we'll then provide you with a code to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the start of the experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

What is the Flexible Refund ticket?

With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. You can return it up to 48 hours before the start of the experience without needing to provide any documents; just contact us. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

This optional paid package offers a unique photo experience in a specially set-up area; you'll receive a printed polaroid-style instant picture. It can be bought in advance or at the venue (until sold out, card only on-site); the QR code for validation arrives separately by email. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
