Es war ein wundervolles Erlebnis. Klassische Musik, in einer wundervollen modernen Kirche mit Kerzenlicht. Wir waren absolut begeistert. Wir werden definitiv die ein oder andere Veranstaltung noch wahr nehmen.

Es war ein wundervolles Konzert mit wunderbaren Musikern in schönster Atmosphäre. Den SnapShot Dienst kann man sich aber sparen. Da steht, man bekäme ein professionelles Bild. Ich habe einen richtigen Fotografen erwartet. Aber eigentlich hat einfach eine Person aus dem Dienstleistungsteam ein Handybild gemacht und das mit einem Polaroid-Drucker ausgedruckt. Alles andere war aber super. Sehr empfehlenswert.
About the venueHeilig-Kreuz-Kirche Berlin
The Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche Berlin was built in 1885-1888 in neo-Gothic style and named "Kirche Zum Heiligen Kreuz" after the biblical story. It houses modern works of art such as a stained glass window and a triptych. It was consecrated in the presence of Emperor Wilhelm II and his wife Auguste Viktoria, who had donated the altar.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is required first), please send us the relevant documentation. Once we've received it, we'll provide a voucher so you can claim your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on arrival.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the experience starts — please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances (see our T&Cs for more details).
What is the Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
For selected events, this ticket entitles you to a full refund if you decide not to attend — just contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it's transferred to another user.
How long is the experience?
The concert lasts 65 minutes with no intermission. Doors open 30 minutes before the show — latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

How do I get to the venue?
By U-Bahn, the closest stations are Hallesches Tor or Mehringdamm.
Is there food served?
There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals — please fill out our form if you'll be bringing one.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the church is wheelchair accessible. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so we can prepare in advance.

No, there is no parking available.
What is "Candlelight Photo," and how do I book one?
This add-on gives you a photo taken in a specially set-up area, printed instantly as a polaroid-style keepsake (1 picture per purchase). Photos can also be bought on site while stocks last — online bookings made alongside your concert tickets get priority over on-site purchases, and only card payments are accepted on site (no cash). The photo session usually takes place after the concert. You'll choose your photo for printing on site and collect it right after — unclaimed photos can't be kept, so no refund or rebooking is possible in that case. You'll receive a separate QR code by email as proof of your booking. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
