This winter, Spotlight Chamber Concerts returns to the "beautifully restored church of St John’s Waterloo" (Observer). Founded in 2020 by clarinettist Anthony Friend in response to the pandemic, this small newcomer to London’s concert scene is now in its fifth edition and has a loyal following amongst artists and audiences. In this concert, British pianist Steven Osborne will delight your ears with two pieces from Schubert. Ten years since he was declared Instrumentalist of the Year by the Royal Philharmonic Society, Osborne remains one of Britain’s finest current musicians.
