Waiver & Release of Liability
By participating in any class, workshop, or session at White Aura Healing & Fusion Wellness including but not limited to Breathwork, Kundalini, Yoga, Energy healing or any other movement or healing practice you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Participation & Personal Responsibility
You understand that these sessions may involve physical and/or emotional release. By participating, you:
* Are voluntarily engaging in the session.
* Accept full responsibility for your own health, safety, and wellbeing.
* Agree to listen to your body and stop immediately if you experience discomfort, pain, or distress.
* Have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, physical limitations, or mental health concerns to the facilitator prior to the session.
2. Acknowledgement of Risk
You understand that participation may involve risks including, but not limited to, dizziness, emotional release, shortness of breath, muscle strain, or other physical or psychological responses.
White Aura Healing & Fusion Wellness its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damages that may occur during or after your participation.
3. Contraindications
Participation is not recommended if you are experiencing or have a history of:
Severe mental health conditions (e.g., psychosis, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia)
* Heart disease, cardiovascular issues, epilepsy, seizures, or aneurysms
* Severe asthma or breathing difficulties
* Pregnancy
* Recent major surgery, fractures, or injuries
* Hospitalization for psychiatric conditions or emotional crisis in the past 3 years
* Severe PTSD or trauma conditions that could be destabilizing
*Heavy anti depressants affecting brain chemistry
