FAQs Frequently asked questions

What are the different ticket types?
Your seat belongs to zone A, B, C or D depending on visibility. When you arrive at the event you'll show your ticket and an usher will point you to your section; seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased.
Where does the experience take place?
At Ateneo de Madrid (C. del Prado, 21, 28014, Madrid). Enter through the venue's main door and follow staff directions to the concert hall.
How do I get to the venue?
The nearest metro station is Antón Martín (Line 1).
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
No. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signed in with the same method you used to buy — no printing needed, your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance during the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you have your ticket, contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is food or drink served?
There's no food or drink available inside the concert hall. If the hotel bar is open, you can buy something before or after the concert, but not during.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
The venue as a whole is enabled for people with reduced mobility and has wheelchair access (notify the coordinator or Fever staff at the entrance). Please note that Zone D tickets specifically are NOT accessible for reduced mobility, so companions of wheelchair users should purchase Zone C or Zone A tickets.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking available at the venue.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes; doors open 45 minutes before and no entry is permitted once the concert has started.
Can I book a private concert or buy tickets for a large group (30+ people)?
Yes, you can contact us to book a private concert or buy tickets for groups of more than 30 people.
