This was a beautiful experience. I surprised my wife with front row tickets for the Hans Zimmer performance in Rochester for part of our 20th wedding anniversary celebrations. I was surprised at how moving it was considering it was mostly film scores but seeing the performers concentration and talent with their instruments made us both quite emotional. Wonderful!

All four musicians were amazingly talented and charismatic,I loved listening and watching them play in equal measures. Victoria I believe who spoke in between the pieces of music did so very well and was a joy to listen to.

What are the different ticket types?
The venue is divided into sections: Premium, A, B, C and D, based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter.
Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free — just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need help, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. To change it, please contact us with the ticket ID associated with your purchase, or check the "Change date and/or time" button on your ticket in the Fever App's "Tickets" section, if available. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances — see our T&Cs for more information. If you selected the Flexible cancellation add-on, refer to that FAQ instead.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll send you a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same login method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
The Corn Exchange, Rochester, Northgate, The Precinct, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1LS. From Rochester station, walk 8–10 minutes southeast via Corporation Street and High Street to reach The Precinct (near Rochester Cathedral), or follow signs for Rochester High Street toward the historic town centre. By car, use Blue Boar Lane Car Park (ME1 1PD) or Rochester Railway Station Car Park (ME1 1EW) — The Precinct is a short walk from both.
Will food and beverages be available on site?
Yes, food and beverages will be available for purchase, though there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately no pets are allowed at this venue, though service animals are welcome.

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is there parking available?
