The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start.

The concert takes place indoors, in the Banqueting Room at the Guildhall, with assigned seating.

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example, Middle or Higher rate DLA, Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card). Once received, we will provide you with a voucher code to purchase your free carer ticket — each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket, and you will need to show this proof, along with your tickets, to enter the venue.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.

Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
