Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

We arrived to the golden glow of the candles, we were escorted to our seats in the cathedral which was full of more candles and then the music began. Wow! It was amazing, to hear familiar songs performed in a new way in such a spellbinding environment, just wow.

St Machar’s Cathedral is a medieval granite landmark in Old Aberdeen. Defined by its fortified twin spires and a rare 16th-century heraldic ceiling, the building reflects centuries of Scottish history. Its solid masonry creates a quiet, historic atmosphere.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What ticket types are available?
Premium (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 1 hour 15 minutes, including a 15-minute interval.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) receipt, evidence of being severely sight impaired, or a CredAbility Access Card.); each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one other full-price ticket, and you'll need to show both at entry.

The Cathedral Church of St Machar, The Chanonry, Old Aberdeen, Aberdeen AB24 1RQ.
How do I get to the venue?
St Machar's Cathedral is located to the north of the city centre, in the former burgh of Old Aberdeen. There are several bus stops nearby, such as St Machar Drive, and it can be easily reached by car.
Is there parking available?
There are parking areas on the University of Aberdeen campus, a 5-minute walk away.
Is food or drink available?
Yes, a bar will be open serving alcoholic, soft and hot drinks. A welcome glass of Prosecco can also be prepurchased when buying your ticket.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
St Machar's Cathedral is fully accessible on the ground floor.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Your phone must otherwise stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
When should I arrive, and can I leave during the show?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone; the show starts on time and latecomers won't be admitted. Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way, such as a change of location or a postponement, we'll notify you by email in advance.
