Matty took us on a beautiful meditation journey, quietening our minds and opening our hearts, firstly taking us into a restful space, then through his instrumental sound bath, beginning with the sound bowls, attuned to each chakra, then the gong, the flute, chimes, rain stick and other unique instruments, that awakened our frequencies and higher consciousness and blissful state.
