Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible refund ticket.

What is the flexible refund ticket?

It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. Contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts; no documents are required. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another person.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts 65 minutes, with no interval. Doors open 40 minutes before the show starts; late entry is not possible once the concert has begun.

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B and C, as well as gallery seating.

At the Hannover Congress Centrum, Leibniz Saal, Theodor-Heuss-Platz 1-3, 30175 Hannover.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?

No catering, food or drinks will be available at the venue.

Is parking available?

Yes, the venue has numerous free spaces plus around 900 low-cost parking spaces, accessible around the clock.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their companion. You must first have your own valid ticket; then send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show both your regular ticket and the companion ticket at entry.

Does the venue have disabled access?

The lift for Zones A-D involves a small detour, but on-site staff can accompany you.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in the relevant form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought in advance through the app or website.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

An optional add-on for an exclusive photo experience in a dedicated area, including a printed Polaroid-style instant photo. It can be booked online together with your ticket, or purchased at the venue while stock lasts (online bookings are prioritised, and only card payment is accepted on-site). The photo session takes place before, or preferably after, the concert; you'll receive a separate QR code by email to redeem it. Refunds are only available if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
