Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket and how does it work?
It's an add-on option that lets you request a refund or change your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before your experience starts, with no documentation required. If you choose a refund, you'll get the full amount back except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible cancellation option itself (it may take more than 10 days to show on your statement, or you'll get a new coupon if you paid with one). If you choose to change your ticket, you'll receive a coupon of the same value, redeemable only for the same experience.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 65 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.
What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types available: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Where does the experience take place?
In the Princesa hall at Hotel Tres Reyes in Pamplona. You can get there by public transport, by car, or on foot from the city centre.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your zone.
Is there food or drink available?
The hotel bar will be open, and you can buy your drinks before the concert starts.
Is parking available?
Yes, there's parking available near the venue and on the street.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free Personal Assistant/Support Worker pass. You must first have your own valid ticket; once purchased, contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.

Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
