Located in one of the most emblematic buildings of the musical and architectural culture of Malaga, the Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina is one of the most unique music auditoriums in the country. Built in 1871 on the remains of a 15th century Franciscan monastery, the building has been listed as a monument since 2010.

How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.

There is no physical sales point inside Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the indoor temperature of the venue goes hand in hand with the season. We recommend opting for layers or clothes suitable for the season to ensure you stay comfortable throughout the show.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Joan Manuel Serrat in Malaga lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Joan Manuel Serrat in Malaga?
You'll find your digital tickets in the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) under the "Tickets" tab. Remember to log in with the same account you used for the purchase. If you prefer, you also have your QR code in the confirmation email we sent you. Don't worry about printing them; having them on your phone is enough.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer tickets for free by tapping "Transfer tickets" within the Fever app. If any issue arises during the process, contact us and provide the ticket number so we can check it.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. You can buy your photo experience at Unicaja Concert Hall María Cristina if the quota hasn't been reached yet. Just remember that we don't accept cash in the venue, only card, and that online purchases have priority.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Try to come 30 minutes early to go through the photo area. The session will close strictly 10 minutes before the music starts.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!

This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.
