Discover the flavor-packed world of dumplings! Join an expert chef in this unique cooking class where you will master the basics of dumpling wrapping in various different shapes. You will also have plenty of time to practice the valuable knife skills that your instructor will teach you. Then, learn how to make your own fillings from scratch. Using fresh ingredients, you will make a pork-based filling as well as a vegetable option. Enjoy your creations at the end of the class and feel free to bring your own beer, wine, or champagne.
