Description
Be transported to the streets of Argentina as you learn how to make classic empanadas. A professional chef will teach you how to make the dough and two authentic Argentine-style fillings: the chef's special recipe with ground beef and spices, and a vegetarian-friendly mix that includes mushrooms, kale, and smashed potatoes. You will then learn how to fill the empanada disks before folding and sealing the edges. Bake your creations to a flaky, golden perfection, and enjoy them with the rest of the class!
