super organisation très bon ensemble très sympa pas d'entre acte durée parfaite je retournerai aux prochains concerts

Magique ! Superbe prestation ! Mais le parking est trop loin et les chaises pas confortables.

Pour la séance de 20h30 il faudrait tirer les rideaux pour profiter des Candle Light :-)

une très belle expérience. seul bémol, la luminosité lors de la première partie du concert ne permettait pas de profiter complètement de l'ambiance des bougies

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used to make the purchase. The QR code you will need to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. If you meet these conditions and would like to change your ticket, please contact us with your ticket ID. No refund will be granted. For more information, please check our terms and conditions.

How long does the experience last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers will not be admitted.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Will food or drinks be available?

No, no food or drinks are available on site.

Where does the experience take place?

The concert takes place at Abbaye du Val Saint Lambert, Esplanade du Val, 4100 Seraing.

How can I get there?

By bus, lines 9, 46, 47, 49 and 91 stop at Seraing Cristalleries. By car, the Château du Val car park (P1 and P2) is about a 5 minute walk from the Abbey's entrance, so please allow a little extra time. Public transport or other sustainable options are recommended for this event.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is reserved for guests aged 8 and above. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?
