Exceptionnel! A refaire sans hésitation.

Magnifique mais un élément important, le concert a eu lieu trop tôt et la salle était encore trop lumineuse. L'intérêt des bougie, qui est quand même le concept de ces événements, était donc limité.

Site / ambiance / quatuor / musique… tout était super.

Malgré l'arrivée près d'1 heure avant (18h30), pas forcément très bien placée pour la catégorie A... un peu déçue. Pas de sono = très bien, mais il faut que les présentateurs placent mieux leur voix pour qu'on les entende plus clairement quand ils parlent. Pour le reste, très bien !

Magnifique, splendide... Du pur son , vivaldi vous prend au tripes . 4 magnifiques musiciens. Je recommande vivement.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same email used to buy your tickets. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.

What are the different ticket types?

Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can apply for a free pass for your carer. To do so, please fill in this form and send us all the supporting documents.

Is there an age requirement for this event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your originally purchased ticket. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. No refunds will be given; for more information, you can refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How long does the experience last?

About 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.

Indoor, with assigned seating, at the Palais des Papes - Salle du Grand Tinel, 84000 Avignon.

How do I get there?

Entry to the Salle du Grand Tinel is via the Palais des Papes Congress Centre entrance on the square. Public transport is available nearby (Bus line 706, Aubanel and Porte de l'Oulle stops); please make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.

Will there be any refreshments available?

No.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Does this venue have disability access?

No, unfortunately the Salle du Grand Tinel at the Palais des Papes is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are underground car parks nearby: Parking Palais des Papes (Rue Ferruce, 84000 Avignon) and Parking Indigo Avignon Oratoire (28 Bis Rue Joseph Vernet, 84000 Avignon).
