The Oratorio di San Filippo Neri in Bologna is a restored late Baroque religious structure in the center of Bologna. It is located on Via Manzoni. The Oratory was built from the sacristy of the adjacent church of Madonna di Galliera. This church is now called Chiesa dei Filippini Madonna di Galliera and Filippo Neri.

What ticket types are available?
Front Row, Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (fair visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).
When should I arrive, and can I sit next to my friends?
You're advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. Latecomers will not be admitted. You can sit with your friends if you have tickets for the same zone and arrive together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. For any questions, contact us with the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, the date and/or time can be changed up to 48 hours before the event starts, by contacting us with the ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my personal assistant?
No. Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion: contact us with a document certifying this need and we'll provide you with a code to purchase the free ticket. You'll need to show the document together with your tickets to enter the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple App Store), logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Phones must stay on silent throughout the show, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, seats may only be left in case of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of attendees all candles used are flameless.
Where does the experience take place, and is it indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors with assigned seating, in the Sala dell'Oratorio di San Filippo Neri (Via Manzoni 5, Bologna), about a 5-minute walk from the historic centre and reachable by public transport.
Will food be available to buy?
Unfortunately, no food or drink will be available.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has access for people with motor disabilities.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have parking on site; for this experience we recommend using public transport or sustainable alternatives.
