Starters:
- Coffee and orange juice or homemade seasonal smoothie
- Basket of homemade pastries and breads with butter @formaje and homemade seasonal jam
- Creamy yogurt with seasonal fruit, goji berries and granola
- Formaje cheese platter with Mallorcan tomato and EVOO
Main course, to choose between
- Grilled croissant filled with crispy guanciale, melted havarti cheese slice, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onion, and scrambled eggs
- Sponge pancake with slices of smoked salmon, spiked free-range egg and avocado slices accompanied by hollandaise sauce
- Toasted butter brioche with sun-dried tomato cream, scrambled eggs, candied cherry tomatoes, stracciatella, and basil oil
