Starters:

• Coffee and orange juice or homemade seasonal smoothie
• Basket of homemade pastries and breads with butter @formaje and homemade seasonal jam
• Creamy yogurt with seasonal fruit, goji berries and granola
• Formaje cheese platter with Mallorcan tomato and EVOO

Main course, to choose between

• Grilled croissant filled with crispy guanciale, melted havarti cheese slice, sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onion, and scrambled eggs
• Sponge pancake with slices of smoked salmon, spiked free-range egg and avocado slices accompanied by hollandaise sauce
