Events have different schedules:

Saturday Brunch: 12:00 PM Mass, 1:00 PM Lunch, 2:45–3:00 PM Guided Tour. (Yes, it’s actually lunch despite the name Brunch)
Sunday Brunch: 11:00 AM Mass, 12:00 PM Lunch, 2:00–2:15 PM Guided Tour. The tour takes approximately 2 hours. Come in comfortable shoes; there are 240 steps.

06/12/2026 - Anniversary Edition with the Luminiscence light show at 9:00 PM and then dinner. There will be no guided tour.

Description (Brunch and Tour) Optional Mass Before
This experience goes beyond just “sit, eat, and leave.” The goal is to provide a unique gastronomic experience that continues into art and culture. It begins with Mass at 11:00 AM on Sundays or 12:00 PM on Saturdays. After Mass, which is optional and an invitation, all proceed to the upper church halls to enjoy a brunch menu by Chef Gil Gondim, a banquet specialist with strong Italian influences and comfort cuisine. (Elevator available for this location.) There are over twenty dishes, all served buffet-style. Included beverages: wine, sparkling wine, juice, and soda. Finally, guests will immerse themselves in a guided walking tour of the entire Cathedral, accessing areas not open to the general public, including the presbytery, crypt, central nave, tower, and dome of one of the largest neo-Gothic temples in the world. (The full tour has many stairs—240 steps divided into 3 stops; wear comfortable shoes, not heels.) The tour takes about 2 hours, so by 4:00–5:00 PM everything is done.

Description (Concert and Dinner) Everything Begins with the Guided Tour at 5:30 PM
Start with a guided tour of the Cathedral’s Dome. From 5:00 PM, we begin check-in, and at 5:30 PM, the guided tour starts. With some luck, enjoy a beautiful sunset with a panoramic view of the city’s heart. Then, revisit the history of the place through the Dutch bells installed in the 1960s. Returning inside the Church, there will be an explanation of the Cathedral’s history, architectural aspects, and curiosities. We also visit the Crypt and the altar. After that, a concert will be presented with classical, sacred, and contemporary pieces performed by the Luther King Choir, which for over 53 years has preserved the legacy of its great master, Maestro Martinho Lutero Galatti. And to end on a high note, the Cathedral’s annex halls await you for a wonderful candlelit dinner with included beverages (wine and sparkling wine). The event also supports the Missão Belém project, providing a special dinner to the homeless with the same menu served at the dinner.
