Vegan menu for two

Potatoes to share:

• Cajun: fried baby legs slices seasoned in a very aromatic homemade Cajun-style spice blend with cream cheese, sour sauce and crispy bacon on top
• Yuka ooked and then fried, it goes accompanied by two top sauces: "Mayonnaise" of chipotle and cream cheese cheddar cheese

Salad to share, to choose between:

• Isla de colores: mango tartar, avocado, tomato, quinoa with gherkin, caper, onion and a touch of chili. With small boats of lettuce buds. Lime, tahine, ginger and soy sauce.
• Thai Rainbow: rice noodles with sesame oil, peanuts, coriander, lime and oriental paprika mix. With fresh carrot noodles, beets, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, lamb's lettuce and a sauce of curry, turmeric, coconut milk and sweet and sour ginger.

2 Burgers, to choose from: 

• Chingona: corn and spelt bread with avocado, alfalfa sprouts, pico de gallo and jalapeños. Accompanied with wedge potatoes
• Queen: whole wheat bread and seeds, melted cheese, caramelized onion and grilled tomato. Accompanied with wedge potatoes
• Smash ¨Bacon Cheese":  ecoPan brioche from the neighborhood, with our sauce Viva, two of our "meats" well pressed, tonkatsu sauce (Japanese barbecue ), smoked cheese, bacon, pickles and three onions: raw, candied and crispy
• Smash ¨Truffle ¨Parmesano¨:  ecoPan brioche from the neighborhood, with 2 of our "meats" well pressed, super aromatic Soria truffle sauce, Italian Parmesan type "cheese", pickles and three onions: raw, candied and fried
• Smash Chipotle and Cuitlacoche: ecoPan brioche from the neighborhood, with two of our well-pressed meats, chipotle and piquin chili sauce, mushroom, boletus and cuitlacoche (corn mushroom) mix, pickles, and the three characteristic onions: raw, candied and fried

Dessert to share, to choose between

• Chocolate Forever: hot chocolate cake, with stracciatella of coconut milk, chocolate sauce, almonds and dehydrated strawberries
• Tres leches cake: in the purest Latin style with homemade condensed coconut milk, soy and "nata"
• Carrot cake: egg and dairy free. A unique and incomparable carrot cake with walnuts
