Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same method you used to buy it). You'll also get the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you've purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket (available for selected events). With a Flexible Cancellation Ticket, you can request a refund or exchange up to 48 hours before the show starts; refunds return the full ticket price minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option, and no documentation is needed to claim it. Without it, you can still exchange your ticket for another date/time up to 48 hours before the show, subject to availability.

How long does the concert last?

60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start and close 15 minutes before it — late entry isn't permitted.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating by zone.

Is there food served?

Yes, light snacks and refreshments are served at the venue's cashless retail bar.

There are several car parks nearby, on Abingdon Street, Horseferry Road, Rochester Row and Semley Place.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

You can apply for one free pass for your Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket (for example a Middle or Higher rate DLA, a Personal Independence Payment receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card) and we'll send you a voucher code for your free ticket. It must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket, and you'll need to show your proof together with your tickets at the venue.

Can I bring animals?

Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets aren't available for purchase at the venue — they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

What are the different ticket types?

Premium (front row), Zone A and Zone B (stalls, good visibility), and Zone C and Zone D (balcony, middle and sides). Seats are allocated first-come, first-served within your purchased zone, so arrive together if you want to sit together.

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?

An optional paid photo experience: staff take your photo in a dedicated area before the show (the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts), and you get a printed Polaroid-style picture — one instant photo per purchase, collected at the exit. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer.
