A toast, to choose between:

• Waca waca: tostada, avocado, pico de gallo and tomato
• Revoltosa : toast, tofu, mushroom and cheese scramble
• Margarita: toast, natural tomato, oregano and melted cheese
• Pallesa: toast with oil and tomatoes

Viva Brunch Premium Menu
A toast, to choose between:

• Sweete: cured cheese, grilled tomato, caramelized onion, walnuts and lamb's lettuce, whole wheat muffin bread and cheese sauce
• Funghi: wild mushrooms, onion confit and melted smoked cheese, on a mild garlic mayonnaise, in a wholemeal seeded bread loaf
• Torrada de sobrasada: homemade sobrassada with cured cheese and caramelized and crunchy onion

A shot of apple juice (superfoods), to choose between:

• Maca: provides energy and vitality, increases libido
• Spirulina: vegetable and slimming protein
• Barley grass: purifies the organism
