Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents via the Fever contact form. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. These terms apply exclusively to tickets with Flexible Refund, for selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

How do I get to the venue?

No food will be available in the concert hall. However, drinks can be purchased at the bar. Bringing your own food and drink is not permitted.

Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need any further help, just contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for the safety of our guests, all candles will be flameless.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll have the opportunity to have your photo taken in an area we've specially set up for this purpose. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience via the website together with their concert tickets will be given priority over those who make their purchase on site. Please note that we only accept credit card payments on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
We'll carry out your photo session before or after the concert. However, to have enough time for taking your photos, we prefer to carry out the photo session after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You can choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print the photos you've selected and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, please note that we're unable to offer you either a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. You'll also hear announcements reminding guests of this unique opportunity. If you have any further questions, simply get in touch with our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it and begin your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the "Candlelight Foto" photo experience?
Refunds for the photo experience are only available if it has to be cancelled for reasons within our control. In such a case, you'll receive a refund for your photo experience booking.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
