Lovely venue although the seats aren't exactly comfortable. Music is great but would love to have so e variation other than 4 strings. Perhaps a flautist for some nuances.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A. Zone B (same visibility as Zone C, seated on a cushion bench). Zone C (same visibility as Zone B, seated on bar stools). Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; all tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — once purchased, please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend, unless otherwise stated. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where is the entrance to the venue?
The entrance to The Arts House is along Old Parliament Ln, facing Victoria Theatre & Concert Hall.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport.
Is there parking available?
There is no car park at the venue. The nearest car park is at New Parliament House (1 Parliament Place, Singapore 178880), a 4-minute walk from The Arts House. Please note there is no covered walkway between the car park and the concert venue.
Is there food served?
No.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Only Zone A can be accessed by transferable wheelchair patrons (non-transferable wheelchairs cannot access it due to tight spaces). Zones B, C and D are accessed via stairs and are therefore fully inaccessible to wheelchair patrons — there is no lift access to Zones B and C, which are on level 3.
Is there a dress code?
You may dress as comfortably as you need to enjoy the show. The hall can get chilly, so bring a jacket just in case.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
This optional package offers a unique photo experience: you'll be photographed in a specially designated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (1 per purchase). Photos are taken before the concert (the photo experience ends 10 minutes before it starts), so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll choose your picture before it's printed and can collect it at the exit — please make sure to collect it before leaving, as we can't retain pictures or offer a refund or reschedule if you forget. Photos can also be purchased at the venue (card only, subject to availability), though guests who book online in advance get priority. You'll receive a QR code by email or in the Fever app, which the photographer will validate on-site.
