Très beau concert avec des musiciens talentueux ! Les réochestrations des chansons de Michael Jackson par le quatuor à cordes sont simplement magnifiques, tout comme la salle Gustave Eiffel. Je recommande vivement cet événement.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address used to purchase. The QR code you'll need to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the originally booked start time of the concert. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. No refunds will be granted. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.

What ticket types are there?

There are 3 categories: A, B and C.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling out this form and sending us the relevant supporting documents.

Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is reserved for people aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

The concert takes place at Salon Gustave Eiffel, on the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, 5 Avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris.

How do I get there?

The venue is very well served by public transport. Arrive at least 1 hour before the concert starts, as specific lift time slots are reserved for Candlelight — the meeting point is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower (5pm for the 6pm concert, 7:30pm for the 8:30pm concert), at the pillar entrance marked with a Candlelight sign. Metro: line 6, Bir Hakeim stop; line 8, École Militaire stop; line 9, Trocadéro stop. RER: line C, Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel stop. Bus: lines 30, 42, 72 and 82, Tour Eiffel stop.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, there are several underground car parks nearby: Parking Pullman Tour Eiffel (18 Av. de Suffren) and Parking Saemes Quai Branly Tour Eiffel (25 Quai Branly).

Will food or drinks be available?

No.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

No, unfortunately Salon Gustave Eiffel does not have sufficient capacity to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
