The Oratorio di San Filippo Neri in Bologna is a restored late Baroque religious structure in the center of Bologna. It is located on Via Manzoni. The Oratory was built from the sacristy of the adjacent church of Madonna di Galliera. This church is now called Chiesa dei Filippini Madonna di Galliera and Filippo Neri.

What types of tickets are available?
Prima Fila; Zona A, with excellent visibility; Zona B, with good visibility; Zona C, with average visibility; Zona D, with limited visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the room during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may not leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the person who'll be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are offered under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for assistance and we'll send you a code to get the free ticket. To access the event, you'll need to show the document together with the tickets.

You'll find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode to access the event in the confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?

The Oratorio is about a 5 minute walk from the historic centre and can be reached by public transport.
